3. Shipping Costs

      • Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75.
      • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees.

4. Tracking Information

      • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
      • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect after shipment.

5. International Shipping

      • We ship to select international destinations.
      • Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
      • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues

      • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
      • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

      • Divine Gleam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
      • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@divinegleeam.com with photos of the damage.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

      • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
      • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
